You can come back provided it will be same company and sponsor, problem lies if you intent to come back but thru other company this is not possible because your sponsor remains the previous company.

the only way you can back is to wait for 2 years as what the law says ...provided you can secure NOC from your sponsor therefore there will be no problem at all.

may i suggest something ? if you intent to comeback with thru another company please go straight to the point , tell your employer that you intent to come back but working with other company ,are you going to give a release or NOC? in that case as early as now you know where you stand.

GOOD LUCK.

As they are issuing a visa as a trourist/businesss or visit it is not a problem, I know number of people returned immediately after they cancel the visa. 2 years ban only for working visa but still if your previous employer is willing to give you NOC you can change.

Without NOC generally it is not possible because once you cancel, they put a ban for 2 years. Nevertheless, you may check on www.moi.gov.qa (Ministry of interior - in the section for expats queries.)

Hope this info is useful to you.
