If a person be a owner of the educational Institute,but not even a Graduate / degree holder, under Tutor/Coach visa....... any issues in it? Infact is that crime to utilize Tutor/coach visa to be a owner?

Any such Qatar Law can inpact negative on it? as one of my known person asked me this doubt, I request help from the Legal advisor from Qatar

Will highly be grateful on your clarification and guidlines pls.....
