If i go exit to my country, how many months i can't return qatar under work visa??

I am working in qatar for 2 years now and my contract period has come to end on this month. now i want to change my visa to another, if i go exit. can i return?? if so in how many months?? if i am extending my visa with same company, will they write a new agreement?? if so can i include that if i am not satisfied with them. i need release?? please if there is anyone who knows about this reply me.
It is good , if you can get the NOC from the current company . Othewise you have to cancel the existing visa and go back to your country . Then there will be 2 years ban for you ( only in Qatar)

even you change your sponsor or u go to your country until 2 years then u can come back .
A release or NOC is the only way for you.
