while on holiday in qatar can i apply for a job?

heres the situation...

ive been in talks witha tuition centre in qatar that have oppenings, however they dont offer sponserships, can i come to qatar and then get my husband to sponsor me or does he have to do that before we go out, the whole situation is a bit onfusing, can someone help?

your husband can not sponsor you when out of Qatar. When in Qatar, your husband should earn at least QR 7,500.00 to be eligible to sponsor his wife.
