I was working with Qatar Airways and my contract was ended in October 2009. Consequently, my RP and that of my family was cancelled. My wife was working but under my sponsorship.

The school she was working with now wishes to sponser her, does the law allow her to re-enter the country and getting employed? Will she be allowed to sponsor her children? Will I, the husband, be allowed to visit her?

Please advise.

Yes, your wife can work for her previous company with your NOC. Whether or not she can sponsor you/children is up to her company and her salary.
