I want to resign..

Dear sir,
I want to resign from my company because I am n't geting leav for my marrage, once when i asked to my MD for leave he deny that,then I ask for cancel my visa, he reply me that, I will cancel your visa but you have to pay all of visa expence around 10,000 riyal above,again If ask him,same answer will get iam sure that.. Now what can I do sir?

I asked him a simple question, that if he resigns and goes home and gets married, what's he going to do after that. Does he have a job ready elsewhere. No response. Most of the time company will not want to pay for your ticket if you have not finished the full term, so if he can buy his own ticket for the wedding, they should not have a problem, why dangle this carrot of resigning. He just needs to attend his wedding and come back, and it can be done in maximum 2 weeks unpaid leave.
His company smells a rat here, which is why they are playing.
I dont have any resposiblity in my company so anytime i can resign but If I resign may be he will sipmly hold me..after resign If not give passport and kurooj where can I go sir? I dont want any athor benefit from my company even ticket also I will take..
I have finished one year and four month also..he is telling you didnt finish your agreement, my agreement is two year.. now If I resign can I go Home sir?
