dear brothers,
I am an Indian who came 2 months ago in work visa provided by my brothers own company to seek job. But the visa is not stamped yet for changing to employer's visa. But now I am planning to go back to India and my brother need to bring another person in the same visa. Now my problem is that my brother is not here and i have to do what is needed. Should I need exit permit to leave from here? If needed how can I obtain it? Please comment anybody.

azm28, imagine that there were no restriction on Muslims, no 5 times a day pray, can't eat this can't drink that, can do this can't do that! As I said if yer really think then a true Muslims life is like a jail maybe a good jail as it stops him from doing bad things Do you get my point? Because a free man/women is entilted to do what ever they want but not a Muslim..

Bestman, a renowned Scholar said in a newspaper article that a true muslims life is like a jail, bound by so many restrictions! In Heaven there will be no restrictions! :D

Exit permit is required from your sponsor to exit the Country. Its a very easy process and your company PRO could do it by online.

If your brother is running the company, he might have allotted few Work visas as per his request. If your visit visa is not going to transfer into a Work Visa he can bring somebody else in your place for the allotted Work visa.

If exit permit is needed how much time or effort will it take?

my visa is yet not processed. Means no finger, medical, nothing. Even then bringing another person in the same visa is not possible? Are you saying that this visa will be lapsed?

i'm not sure whether you'll need exit permit or not..

but i'm sure that your brother cannot bring another person on the same visa.. He should apply for a new visa..
