I need Help About My Family Residence Visa

Good day! Can someone share their knowledge about my question:

I am now under my wife sponsor (RP). Now my question is, I want to find a work but is it possible for me to obtain any job while my 2 years bond from my previews employer is still in effect? I resigned last nov. 15 2013 and was being cancelled and I exited Qatar. Then my wife took me together with our 2 sons through Family Residence Visa.

Should I wait until my bond will be elapsed and that will be on next year nov 14, 1015?

For those who have great knowledge about these, please advise me. Thank you.
