i need help!
hope anyone of you could help me or give us an information.. his name is joemar i meet this guy from a common friend, he actually introduced to me since my co-worker know that i`ve still looking an agent for a visa for my wife. My problem is that its been a 2months from now no feedback from him.. first he said to me the visa will release 1week,after 1 week i called him up asked how`s the visa he said the visa is already release but there`s a problem it will took another 10days to wait (that was 2months ago he compromise).
1.is it possible his lying? or make some excuses? coz i`ve been trying to call him but he won`t answer my call and he even don`t bother to reply my text.
2.how and where can i report this man (joemar)?

I have just got the advice from my buddy he suggests to go to the Police station next to Crazy Signal, they specialize in finding such people. They can spot a person by his mobile number.
