I have lost my indian passport, what do i do next for applying for a new passport??

Second question is, I had applied for the renewal of the indian passports. They had given me slips for each passport. I have lost it. So, what is the procedure in this regard??

- Make complaint in police station and get receipt- go to Indian embassy and apply for new passport with this receipt

if you have passport copy , it will help you allot , contact with your embassy .
