U need to attest your degree certificate along with your consolidated final year mark sheet for getting Qatar Embassy Attestation. For getting Indian Embassy Attestation mark sheet is not required.

I am from Hyderabad. I have got an offer from Qatar Airways. They asked me to get only my degree(B.Tech) certificate attested by Qatar Embassy, no Marks memo. Trying to do it on my own, as far as i can.

Heard from Certificate attestation agencies that "According to new notification of Qatar embassy ,final year mark sheet also attested along with Degree certificate."

It sounds like some attestation agents introduced this rule to make money out of our unawareness.

Just checking validity of above statement. How far is it true?

I think certificate attestation by GAD and MEA can be done at Hyderabad itself. will do it on my own. To avoid agents for getting certificate attested by Qatar Embassy, thinking to get it done in Qatar only. Will it be good idea both in terms of cost and convenience?

If it is better to get it done in India only, please suggest reliable agents with reasonable pricing.

Please share your inputs as soon as possible. Will have fly on March 7th.

First I congratulate u for getting a job offer from Qatar. Usually degree certificate and marks memo both should be attested by the concerned authorities. But in my case (six months back) company asked only degree certificate to be attested so i did it through a attestation agency in Doha and submitted. Anyway, Welcome to Qatar.

What about experience certificates attestation?? Private organisation exp certificates require attestation by our GAD & MEA??

My Work-VISA is under progress by employer.

He asked me to wait till VISA confirmation.

Meanwhile I need to finish internal formalities.

You need to attest from Indian embassy and for this you can got through some reputed travel agency,they will guide you on procedure for attestion of certificates.

Your final qualification certificate needs to be attested by Indian embassy,for this the 10th,12th certificates may be required to be attested by the administration dept.
