I recieve a call from my husband today and he already got the visa of our daughter but i still dont have yet. Is this has got to do when i was been there before? I been there since sept.2007-aug.2009.I have to resigned to my previous company because i have my own problem to resolve here. and this got to do with my daughter.. but i know i dont have any bad record from my company.. And one more thing, i will go there under my husband sponsor.

I am sad now :(

brit, one can be "insisting" as long as he/she wants.. at the end of the day, it's up to the immigration office to grant or grant not a visa.

TCOM, nothing wrong with that. It's a Father who applied for his daughter's family visa, and he got it. As for the wife, she most likely will need a NOC letter from her previous sponsor, even though it's not necessary. Mae, wait another few days, and let your hubby go to the immigration office to figure out what other papers do they need for your family visa.

Well, my company did not give me NOC. i dont have any credit balance there. And i wont send my daughter alone ofcourse, where ever i go she have to be with me..

I will know in few days if they will give me visa.. And yeah somethings wrong when they give my daughter a visa and i dont.. my husband is the one who is sponsoring us there..So it should be ok.

But i am still sad :(

How did you resign from the company? Did you just leave without proper NOC, did you leave any pending balances or credits?

simple answer is - Don't send your daughter alone. Insist that you go with her.
