I am a Civil Engineer in a Compnay Here but Profession Written on My Qatari ID is of Foreman, & My Faimily is Here with me on Visit Visa? Now Can I get Permanent Family Visa.

doesnt matter, what matters for family visa is

1. your company approval.

2. salary which should be above 7000QR

3. all the required documents and attestations.

It depends on your salary as I got to know. You'll need to submit a 6 months statement & salary letter to immigration department. The best way to know is to check with them first for the exact requirements under your status in Qatar.
