Just remember:

1. On your SIDE, there is no such thing as NOC - No Objection Certificate to keep your husband under your sponsorship. Don't make any letter and that's it. Your husband will be under your sponsorship until the duration of his visa.

2. On your SIDE, there is only a NOC - No Objection Certificate to release you husband from your sponsorship to a particular sponsor.

So the one who has to issue a NOC - No Objection Certificate is the prospective employer of your husband, stating that they have no objection that your husband stays UNDER YOUR SPONSORSHIP while working with them.

women could sponsor but as far as I know men cant work when under wife's sponsorship. double check with your pro.

I asked too long time ago and confirmed to me If I hold family RP under my wife I wont be allowed to work.

it's really what your husband's employer would like to do. Transfer to their sponsorship or they agree that your husband stay under your sponsorship.

Either way, prepare an NOC and have your husband submit it to the employer's HR people and they will tell him where to go and what to do.

don't give a NOC unless you are sure that he will be joining a good company. plan ahead because you will feel a lot of pressure later on especially when you're planning to raise your family here. the rule is that the father will always be the sponsor of his children, and when he goes, everyone under his sponsorship will have to go with him.

if he is presently unsuccessful in his job hunting and the offers that he have received were not the best, then let him leave qatar and just come back again later.

No not possiable, males holding family residency permits are not allowed to work unless they transfer their sponsorship under the employer.

Females on the other hand can by obtaining a work permit from the Ministry of Labor provided they are under family sponsorship.

that your husband stay under your sponsorship, then its not a problem.

All you need is a NOC letter that YOU have no objection that your husband will be working for them.

As little as i know, there r certain companies tht make it mandatory for a man to transfer his sponsorship under them otherwise they will not employ him, but if its Govt Co. then the perks are very high if ur husband's sponsorship is under them.
