to be precise for the family status requirements, you should get an application form in the labor dept. and at the back of it, you'll find the detailed requirements (in english & arabic language). & yes, you do need all the documents you mentioned.
For Husband sponsorship you will require Copy of your Engineering certificate(attestation not required) + 6 Months Salary Certificate + Bank statement + Marriage Certificate duly attested from Indian embassy & Chamber of Commerce & Immigration office.
