Hi there fellows...hope you can help on this.   My RP will be cancel in due time, and company will issue me an NOC however since my sponsor has this power triping attitude, I am really worried that he may not issue me an NOC despite of his promises.  One of my friend who is a Qatari, told me if my husband will apply for me a Family Visit Visa, I don't need anymore NOC. My questions are the following:

1. What if I plan to work again? who will give me NOC? Is it my old sponsor or my husband?

2. Will my name appear in the immigration that I have work in Qatar before my husband get me by Family Visit Visa? will they look for my NOC or no need anymore?

Thanks for your clear answer....

yes immigration will know that you have stayed here already and have record as well...because on your fingerprint you have to tell that you already have record and on the day you will get your pataka you have to give them your old number pataka because you will going to have the very same number...the difference only is its under FAMILY VISA...

You dont need to provide NOC if your coming back here with your husband visa...Yes you can work if you got your permanent visa sponsored by your husband... I just did very same....I go back home...i came back with family visit visa...then we apply for permanent resident visa...then after all the process i got the permanent visa...And now im working again...they cancelled my visa and after two months im back....

YOU CANNOT APPLY TO ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOU DONT HAVE AN NOC FROM YOUR PREVIOUS COMPANY. UNLESS YOU ARE OUT OF QATAR FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS.YOUR HUSBAND CAN APPLY YOU A FAMILY RESIDENCE VISA IF YOUR PREVIOUS SPONSOR ALLOW YOU TO TRANSFER THEIR SPONSORSHIP TO YOUR HUSBAND.
