How to Track Visa through website?

How can I Track Visa Apporoval through www.moi.gov.qa
I have a slip that I received from Labour Department. Application Number printed on this slip is only 6 digits long but in the website it needs some long.
The Message shown: Type first party correctly
Type second party correctly.
What mistake I m doing here?

Visa approval tracking details :

1. Application No. : - - (Type the application number here)

2. Search by Date / ID No. :-

Application Submission Date

Year Month Day

(It's so simple to put the details as per the year, month and day)

3. ID No. of Sponsor / Representative / Entrusted Person (Put your ID number here)

4. Type of Visa : Job Visit (click on VISIT)

Now i cm to point...first box is for visa type.. ex..VC..etc...

second box is for the year...ex 2010...etc...

in third box write the 6 digit numbr...

Only This 6 digit number printed on the slip. The rest are date of application, person name and person ID and visa type. Thats it.

there should be another number written on the slip....
