i heard that he is kept with CID custody for finder prints verification and they have an open ticket and promised him to send last week. but they have not left him until now.

do u think the company will have the rights to hold him for more days and so he is with the cid custody ? do u think its controlled by the company managers on releiving somebody ?

we r worried and no way to contact him last 2weeks.

Don't worry. Police & facility here is very good. They give unlimited Tea, Timely food & don;t torture.

You can not gurantee about how Police will behave unless you are not a Arabic speaking person. Also depends on the hold of the company. Hopefully no chance to assult. It is strange to ask him to stay there for one night. This way no one will go to Police again with any complaint.

They dont beat normally.....chances of physical torture are there only while interrogating someone having criminal charges labelled against him.

I think 95% he will be deported in the coming few days..and yes, if the company is a reputed, then he will not be release. But dont worry, he will not be beaten.

hi, thanks for your response at this late hour. Yeah he has not involved in any crime and just because he went to the embassy n complained his company handed over his passport to the police n asked him to go n collect it from them.

so when he went to police they have asked him to stay there tonight. we r scared ? coz we r not in qatar .

will police release him tomorrow ?

POLICE ARE VERY GOOD HERE UNLESS U R A CRIMINAL, FROM WHAT U SAID, UR FRIEND WAS TAKEN BY THE DEPORTATION POLICE AND HE WILL BE SENT HOME.

they are reasonable people... they treat people well... I know someone who went to jail and he was treated okay... so don't worry... too much...
