How to print Application Form for Finger Print

Can anybody please give me the direct link for printing the form for Finger Print after medical. I tried with moi.gov.qa - Application Tracking & Printing, Typed Visa number and sponsor QID, but it did not work. Please give me the direct link where I can enter the visa number and the number from the medical commission.?

The website that you are processing with it, it is the correct website.But sometimes it will not working due to an error in the immigration systems.So you should try again.

At the same time you must also sure about the visa number and the sponser or PRO ID number.You mus also sure weather you passed medical or not.

try again and read what they replay to you.
