how much time does it takes for medical to get residence visa??

hi... i am here on work visa.i still have to go for medical , how much time does it takes for my medical and stamping of residence visa coz i am planning to bring my family asap????
For Medical, you will have to register online. They will provide you a date. (Normally the date will be after one month from the date of registration) Once the Medical is done, the result will be available online in 2-3 working days. Take the printout and go for Finger printing. Once done, submit the application in Immigration together with all the supporting documents. If all the documents are proper, you will get your RP stamped on your passport in 10min. They will issue the ID Card. All this procedure my take up-to 2-3 months.
To bring your family, you again will have to wait for another 3-6 months as they need your bank statement for 3-6 months. You can bring your family immediately after getting your RP, but to get them a permanent resident permit, u will need to submit a six months bank statement along with all other docs.
