yes i have a noc from my sponsor before and since dec. my visa was cancelled and stil upto now im processing my papers coz stil my papers havent yet come from my country.I just want to confirm if it's 10 riyals coz im afraid that it will cost too much already coz im planning to pay my penalty since then.Thank you
