With how may day from date of entry shall i report to the authorities for the RP

Hello dears I have a question, with in how many days from date of entry I need to stamp the RP for my family , Actually the they had put a stamp in the passport but it was not readable but I got the arabic read through my friend he told me it was written with in 7 days i have to report to the specialized authorities, will there be any fine for the extra days ??
it is stamped for 7 days within which you have to report for medical commission, though this is flexible. advise to report to medical atleast by second week.

You have to complete the medical & stamp the visa within 1 month, its written as 7 days but you have a month's time
