after 1 year working with your sponsor you can change your sponsership if your sponsor agreed with you.
main thing is u need to secure NOC from your current sponser, there is no time limit for the change of sponsership, it depends upon ur new sponser. if ur new sponser is strong enough in immigration office, u no need to exit the country, if ur sponser is not strong in immigration office, u need to exit qatar and come again on new Visa, for all these NOC is must
Depends on your contract. But you can only able to transfer your work visa after a year of service from your first employer and you need NOC for this...In Qatar the issue is NOC...that's all....GOod Luck!
