My friend from Sri Lanka who came to work here as an accountant finished is 1 year contract and he dont want to continue with the same company.

When he ask for release or NOC from the company they clearly said they cant give it to him. He is having a good offer from a good company and there ready to take him if he have NOC or release.

Most of the people say if you go back with your work visa canceled you cant come back for 2 years. Is this true? Is there any rules like this? How long he need to wait to come back to Qatar for work? From where we can find this rules? is there any government website?
