COMPANY WILL NOT CANCEL IMMEDIATELY ONCE YOU REACH THE RETIREMENT DATE. THEY WILL INFORM YOU ON HOW LONG YOU'LL GONNA STAY MORE AND THEN THEY WILL ARRANGE YOUR REPATRIATION...
