How it is gonna be?..is it will get if your contract is finished or visa is cancel? or can get if only finished 1 or 2 yeaars of work?.I worked in a sister company of my sponsor but my contract is under the main company. I just tranfered to their sister company and worked 1 1/2 year.Now, my contract is finished 2 years now. I asked for a NOC but the sponsor is not giving..How i'm going to get the Gratuity if i stoped working with them (sister company)?.
