I think u need to have a work permit yourself first.

or you can ask the company sponsoring you that, if they can arrange for any type of visa for your family.

visit visa requirements depends on what country you are from here. some countries just get visa on arrival, and some have to apply through the immigration dept , and this takes about a week or less to get depending on which company you work for . i think you should ask your HR dept to help you out..
