How to get relise for my maid from her previous employer?

Hello people ! Can somebody give me a clue or suggestion how to get release for my maid from her previous employer, so I can do a visa transfer. He was treating her bad and she doesn't want to go back aspecially when he gave her a kick from her job at beuty salon.Does anyone know how much it is to transfer visa?

Ask her if she is recruited from an agency or through another source, if from Agency check with them,they will help u or directly go to her embassy, ask them to help you, and follow their procedure.

I do not think you can transfer visa without NOC (No Objection Certificate) from previous employer.

If that is true then I think she should seek help from "Qatar Human Rights Organisation" to release her.
