how to get family visa without company NOC but salary more than 10000 qar

Hi,
i am new in qatar, can you help me how to get family visa here.My company is not giving NOC letter but i m exceeded 10,000 Qar salary limit. Please help me if you have any idea.

It is compulsory to have company letter, whit out which your application will be rejected.Even if ur salary is above 10k, still your company must give u a letter

no need for NOC for a family residency visa for as long as you meet the Qrs.10,000/mo. which is a major requirement.
