How to get Employment visa

Can anyone help me regarding how to get a work visa in qatar?
as my father already working in qatar for more then 35 years...having his own small business...as i was also studying in qatar and came back to pakistan for my professional studies more then ten years ago.Now iam working in multinational oil/drilling company in pakistan...I want to come to qatar as my father is alone there and having some difficulties just because of his age.
Just want to know the exact procedure how to get the work visa or job in qatar?....Your kind consideration will be highly appreciated.
Basher is correct. There are NO MORE Pakistani visas. I tried to employ one but was turned down flat.
Yes my friend thats what i have also heard from other people...i have also undergone through the same process once...i came qatar on a business visa and couldnt convert it to work visa.....kindly confirm me that if my father sponsor could do anything regarding issuing residence/work visa...as he used to be the one of the director of qatar islamic bank....does he has this authority also? iam now in pakistan...as dont want to take this risk again....until i confirm this...

How to get work visa
1.- Apply to a job or many jobs (related to your experience)
2.- Wait for the responses
3.- If selected attend the interview.
4.- (If shortlisted) then wait for the offer letter
5.- Upon receiving offer letter revise/ agree with it or negotiate. If agreed then you might have to do some medical check up in order to provide a "Fit Status" to your potential employer
6.- Once the offer letter is signed and some docs provided then send them back to employer to start paperwork (VISA)
7.- If all goes fine, get the VISA, plane tickets and come to Qatar.
By the way this could take from 1 month (if lucky) up to 6 months (or even more) as I have read in other forums.
