how to change employer in Qatar when visa not stamped ?

my visa not stamped on my passprt. My employer has not started yet the visa stamping process like medical, finger prints etc. I have a good offer from another employer. How i will change to that company? do my current employer impose a 2years ban? If i return to home country then how much time it will take to get back in Qatar?

if u don`t have ID just exit from country and come back with new visa but u need exit permit from your present sponsor. They can`t cancel u because u don`t have ID
