How can my family come back to qatar (using visit visa or resident family visa ?
By chiragkumar •
My wife left qatar 7months back for delivery purpose and her resident visa will expire in next month.
She is not able to come back in qatar untill december because of 2 months small baby.
After her visa expiration, can she come in qatar using visit visa ?
If resident visa is expired, can I apply again for family resident visa ?
Thanks in advance for answer in line.
hey now i understood ur problem that ur wife has exceeded 6months out of qatar. in this case, u can submit the hospital reports regarding her health condition and they can allow ur wife to enter with the same visa as an exceptional case. u've to provide them a valid solid reason to prove them the cause of this delay in her arrival.
best of luck bro,
khalid
my dear, applying the resident visa is nowadays very hard to get the approval depending on ur nationality. if u have it already, better not to cancel it. coz once u cancelled it, u've to suffer a lot even if u get the approval again.
what is that serious problem if ur baby is 2months old, he/she can travel.
my suggestion for u to bring ur family back before u expire there visa.
regards,
khalid

Actually and according to the actual immigration policy after 6 months away from the country your RP is automatically suspended/cancelled.
She is not able to come back in qatar untill december because of 2 months small baby.
A similar question was raised this week and in the end the best proposal for that person was to approach the immigration authorities and deal with them for some sort of settlement/arrangement to have the VISA still valid. (penalty/fees involved)
After her visa expiration, can she come in qatar using visit visa ? Go to authorities
If resident visa is expired, can I apply again for family resident visa ?
Maybe you will pay some penalty and won't loose the actual RP for your wife.
Once again contact the authorities.
