How can I renew resident visa for my family?

Resident visa of my wife and my daughter is going to expire on 18th of August.Kindly guide me how to proceed. I tried sending an sms to ministry of labour but got a reply that my mobile no. Is not registered although i have registered it with Metrash.

go labour dept in muntaza and reg ur mob no: and apply again

Registering with Metrash is not enough to send sms to extent the visa. You have to go the Ministry of labor affairs in D-ring road and register your number there then only you can send the sms and the system send you the reply for extend the visas for your family. All the best.
