How can I renew my visa id?
I want to renew my expiring visa by myself w/o informing my sponsor. is this possible?
the reason is, he will deduct from my salary the fees for renewal,AND IT IS TOO MUCH EXPENSIVE more than the actual fees I think. so I better do it by myself if possible.
If possible, where can I renew and how much it cost actually?

renewing of working visa for company, only authorized mandop or the employer only can renew. or otherwise if your sponsor will give you authorization letter that you will process it by your self. for the application your sponsor need to sign it and company stamp also, and some doc required from your company.
