Salary for visit visa is QR 4500 and for family visa is QR 7000.

If its only for visiting, shouldnt be any problem. Just come here and get the visa-on-arrival at the airport.

Qr 7000 is the salary requirement for a permanent family resident visa. Visit Visa you should be fine with lower salary.
