How can I go back to Qatar?

I have been to Qatar for more than 5 months. My previous employer did not get a resident visa for me (e.g. no pataka, medical is done but no finger printing) then cancelled me by bringing me back to my country. They were charged by the MOI of my overstay. However, before I left Doha I was already hired by another employer. My new employer applied a lady visa (visit visa) for me to make things get a lil bit faster than having the other any procedure. Unfortunately, it was rejected, then my employer told me that it needs 2 -3 weeks for them to do the reapplication, might be another kind of visa they will take for me since the first one was rejected. Is there any other factors affecting the approval of the lady visa? Or can i still go back to Doha before 2 years? If so, is there any other way so for me to be back as soon as possible since i cant wait for that 2-3 weeks as per my employer advise me. Please help. Thank you.

we are a bit the same with my condition.but the only thing that we are not the same is that i am under family visit visa not through employer.and i can only stay here for only 6 months.i spent almost 4 months in my vocational studies here.and i started looking for a job only last month.my mom and i went to the immigration and they give me another month to stay. What i mean is why don't you try to the immigration and ask if you can if they could give you another month to stay here.Well it depends on their mood also if they will going to give you a month or weeks to stay.because on my first attempt.they only give me 2 weeks and then on my 2nd attempt they give me a month.try it!..there is nothing wrong to ask.

hahaha, anyways thanks for that sensible remark, however whats in my mind is that maybe i can go there through tourist visa regardless the amount i might be spending, or will it take same period of time upon getting either a tourist visa and the period of time my employer told me so?

Why you cant wait for 2-3 weeks?

If you want to come back, then you have to wait. Otherwsie if possible find a job in some other GCC country and go there this week.

I believe you had unpleasant experienced from your first trip to Qatar & you recorded overstay case. Yes you can back to Qatar, but with propoer working visa. Don't get the same situation like before.
