Iam working one compny now I finish one and half year my agreement is two year, but now my marrage is fixed, I apply for leav in company , but company is not accepting.. Now i decided I dont want to condinue this company so Iam going to resign. but company will not accept sir. in this situation what can I do ? plz help me

You will resign, go home, get married and then what? Are you sure to get another job immediately?
Why aren't they giving you leave? Are you entitled for leave once in two years? If you desperately need to go right now, can you pay for your tickets?
Resigning is the last resort, think of other solutions first.
Dear Sir . I have one another doubt also..
Once I told to my company, please cancel my visa I must go home, then they told me that ,we can cancel your visa but you have to pay all of visa expense around 10,000 riyal above, now If resign ,Iam sure that they will ask me that, If they ask me what can I do sir?
