How can I get NOC from current employer?. If they are not pay salary every month?
Once in 2-3 month they are paying salary.
Due to salary problem, I was searching job in Qatar.
I got offer from one of the company in Qatar.
In this situation, they are asking NOC from the
current employer in Qatar.
Current emplyer not ready to provide NOC.
Can I approach Labour court to get NOC from the Current employer? Could some one assist me ?

Complain in labour office they try to solve it by Friendly way and if they faild you can go to human rights Management in Interior Ministry and last go to court and they will transport you to another sponsor till the case finish
