How can I get a family visa and what documents I want to submit? I am not completed Graduation but I have good salary (family status)and good position in a company. Have any problem to get a family visa with out Graduate Degree?

What you need to do
This visa is issued for visiting family member. Those who want to visit their relatives residing in the country for a period of one month.
If the visitor wants to stay more than one month inside the country, he/ she has to undergo a medical test before the month ends. The visa is renewable for five months for immediate family (father, mother, sister, sons) and two months for other relations.
Required Documents
For wife visiting:
Copy of passport of the husband who is a resident with a valid residency visa.
A non-objection letter from the employer explaining the salary and profession.
Certified working contract.
Marriage contract.
Copy of wives valid passport.
Any other family member visiting:
Copy of ID and passport of sponsor.
Copy of sponsors wives passport with valid residency.
Non-objection letter from the sponsor.
Proof of relationship.
Copy of visitor valid passport.
Fees:

If you have a wife, you must show them a marriage contract
If your working here in qatar, you must show them your salary statement from your company. the minimum salary must be 5000 - 6000 Qatari Riyals,(this can help that expatriates will approved your family visa if you have that big amount salary. coz its a way you can provide your family food and house to stay) and if you dont have that. im so sorry.
For childrens, show them the Birth Certificate. A proof that this childrens are yours.
