how can i demostrate am innocent after final warning letter?
i believe someone is innocent unless proven guilty by submitting the response letter to my company for giving me final warning letter and suspended me from work, for the fault i did not commit. please am aguy who does not accept being oppressed for fault i did commit just because i fear the consequence which the management is threatening me due to discrimination of my nationality which others are been favoured while am been step upon not to submit response letter but follow their instructions. is it a must i listen to management when i know clearly the instruction is violation of my rights??? please advice again
Based on my experience on policy-making and disciplinary action implementations, any management cannot just suspend an employee from work without pay without a fair and just investigation of your offense. An erring employee who has committed a light offense for the first time must only be given a verbal warning, then a formal notice of warning on the 2nd offense. AMid all these the management must at the same time also conduct formal investigation by also giving the employee the chance to explain his side of the story. If you really think that you are being treated discriminately, seek the advice of the Labor Department.
