There is no such thing like free permit, also, the relationship you are in there is no chance you will get any type of visa issued under your sponsorship. You better find a job for her so she could join you. Please do not let her be under any kind of personal visa to a stranger this could lead you to a big problem as you could be checked by CID for illegal relations.
