Dear folks,

Just wanted to ask if anyone know about the ban period, if you cancel the present visa and go back to the home country (of course with no NOC).

I know that its 2 years, but recently heard some news that they are gonna cut it short to 6 months. And it really made me surprise when i heard that 2 drivers joined our company who were employed in Qatar with another sponsor, and they joined us after 7 months(no NOC).

Just got anxious whether the rule got changed already or do they have any plans to change it?

I am badly looking for a change!

Unless a standard law and declared in labor law, otherwise everything is based on case to case basis :)

What you heard is just a rumour. Two years ban still stand. Don't expect that it will change in an instant.
