HELP with visit visa

Can anybody help me, I am trying to get a visit visa for a Belarussian females, she would like to come and visit Doha...

We have been together for 2-3yrs now but the problem with visas in Qatar doesnt not allow her to come to live, is there anybody out there can help me I would very much appreciate it as I miss her very much. We have been apart now for 4months.
