Help - Urgent advise needed!!
A friend has just resigned from job after 20 months and did not complete the 2 yrs, he didn't have a contract with his ex employers as everything was done verbally.
He wants to find another job in Qatar but sponsor has asked for employment letter before issuing NOC. Can he come back on a business visa and look for another job?
Thank you all very much!!! My friend has to exit Doha as his RP has been cancelled by the sponsor. He is very confused as to what to do. If he cannot return on a business visa, what is the next best thing for him to do?
you can do this way
get noc from your present employer
----it will take few days in bargaining
get new job or atleast job offer letter
you have to pass more three months
and proceed for immigration
it is little complicated but possible

In the first place if you are asking about business visa in entering qatar, you might experience difficulties to get / apply his business as a matter of fact rigth now they are very strict with regards to business visa also they might asked (IMMIGRATION) for the ORIGINAL NOC to this person on applying his business visa ...
