I have a question..
My father was cancelled by his company last Sept 2009, now the same company wants to hire him again.
It's that possible?

There should be no problem if the same company hiring your father again. It means they dont have any objection and now there should be no use of 2yrz ban.

Is the company will get visa for my father without worrying/problem for the 2 year ban because my father is in Manila now?
