My work Visa is started on November 2009 . 1 and half year finishing now .Presently my shop was closed . But my shop owner not closed the licence of Shop . Now i dont have any job . what i can do for changing of my visa ? what is procedure of it ? before january 30th i returned to India for take my Vacation . which one of my last date to return to qatar ? Please help sir ..!!!!!
In order to change work visa you have to find a new job with a new company/sponsor. But you will need your old sponsor to give you NOC so you can change work visa.
If you have a valid RESIDENCE PERMIT status and you left Qatar January 30, you can stay outside Qatar for 6 months maximum. That means you have to be back in Qatar before July 30. If you stay more than six months outside Qatar your work visa is cancelled. And you will need special approval from Qatar immigration to come back to Qatar. But be careful when you come back to Qatar you will be needing exit permit from your sponsor when you want to leave Qatar.
