Is it possible possible to renew RP of Family members when Sponsor (Father) having a court case?

what kind of a case are you talking abt? bcz as far as i know unless and until you are being deported for some reason, you can apply for the RP even if the sponsor is your father...

case continues as it is..

and for the reduction of a fine you need to get a good lawyer or else a solid reason for that or else pay it in bits monthly..
