I am on a tourist visa right now and wanting to shift to visit visa to be sponsored by my brother but it is still on process and would take a month. The problem is I am going to exit going to philippines for 1 month and come back again for the next month (thats my plan) just to finish ramadan and the eid. My problem is can i return with no problem? Is there no grace period in returning to the country even if your visa is just tourist or visit?

You have to apply a new Tourist or Visit visa.
