i am working here in doha and one of my Cousin Need job here in qatar he is BSC Electrical Engineer but he is Fresh No Experience only have 7 months experience.
How i can help him to give him a work visa for job. he is now in pakistan.i am in search of job for him.

HI DEAR, WHAT I MAY SUGGEST IS TELL UR COUSIN TO TRY LOG ON THE WEBSITE. THERE MANY ALSO COMPANIES POSTING THEIR NEED APPLICANTS. GOOD LUCK!

I am sure by now you must be aware of the procedures for the Work Visa and all. However, what U can do is to call him here on a visit / tourist visa and help him search a job / arrange interviews for him. Once, he is accepted by any company, they can give him WORK VISA and call him here permanently.

you cannot "give him" a work visa.

All he needs is to find a job with the Company which will be able to get a work visa for pakistani.
