Ground Steward CHANGE TO Nurse visa, is it possible???

Hi!
I just want to ask what are the procedures to transfer a Ground STEWARD Visa to a NURSE visa?
Please help.. because the processing of my license took almost 1 year so I have no choice but to work in other company before but sadly they only have a GROUND STEWARD visa. they said it will not make any problem as long as I have a work permit but now, that I already finish all the requirements for my license but the Supreme Council of Health said that my visa MUST be a Nurse.
Now, there is a company willing to give me work and Nurse visa vut they said there will be a problem.

Please help what should we do? And what problem they are saying.

Thank u.... Yes, I have all the necessary docx for proving that I am a nurse and I have all the docs for transfer...

First ask the sponsor what is the problem..I know if you are going to transfer to your new sponsor and they have a nurse visa then there will be no problem you just need to give them all the documents to prove that you are a nurse.. hope i answer the question and good luck
